Yeah so maybe just a layer, depends on taste. I had some new potatoes so boiled them till soft ( splitting the skin) then cut them into thin slices, then put them on as a layer. Think I had a layer of green/white/pasta then went pasta/white sauce/potatoes/green sauce/pasta/white sauce or something like that. You don’t need to be precise. But make sure you use plenty garlic.

Only did one layer of tatties, was fine for me.

I suppose you could mix it up and do one with chicken or Turkey mince with sage and sweet potato.

Will be trying more of her recipes for sure, some of the stuff on her site looks great. I was through to visit my gran yesterday, so did that one for my family and my old man, who’d usually hate anything without meat in it, polished off the lot. Too hot for my mum even though I tried to dial the chilli powder down, so keep that in mind depending on your taste - a teaspoon was too much for her, a good medium-ish heat for me and slightly on the hot side for my old man.

Bit of Greek yoghurt for serving as well was dece Quite Good

Got everything from Asda just now though I also got a cauliflower as a wee bag of green beans didn't seem plausible. Anyway, got home and checked every cupboard in the kitchen and there's no casserole dishes. Fat Cunt

Yeah I know man, first time I’d done it as well on her serving suggestion. It worked very well (also wasn’t much I put on there, looks a lot more in the photo).
