Disaster! Will keep till tomorrow though man. It’s actually so good. Tried it at our pals the first time and was instantly asking for the recipe.

Looks like a daft wee thing and costs about a fiver, but I did a lot of work in kitchens back in the day and pretty much every chef I worked with swore by them. Great for pretty much any fruit or vegetable you need to slice (brilliant for onions especially).

Bought this. Fuck its sharp Crowe

I made a frozen pizza. I flattened the box to use instead of a plate. I cut the pizza into triangles, lifted up the box and the box had been cut into triangles too Warnock

^^^ good recipe ^^^

I made it with spinach rather than kale and it was spot on Fart Smelly

Made this at the weekend Quite Good Used kale rather than spinach, tinned tomatoes rather than fresh, less oil than she suggests, and eyeballed the spices. Pretty good, and also a low-calorie option if you cut back on the oil. Could quite easily support having lamb or something added to it, although it's nice as it is.

I used tinned as well tbh, and I’ve had it with kale too and it’s just as good. Agree that you could make it a meat-based thing if you really wanted it to be. Got some leftovers in the freezer actually, could be the one for tomorrow night Pinilla

I do like a chickpea curry. GodIsGod

Easy way to add meat would be to cube chicken, then marinade in yoghurt with turmeric and some garam masala, fire it into the oven while you're making the curry.

First attempt at making chicken pakora. Quite Good
A bit of the batter fell off than I wanted, but still quite crispy. Tasted lovely though. Sure I’ll get it right the next time.
