I know Scottish folk hate talking about self improvement or anything like that but anyone going to try and do anything differently next year?

My big one is cut drinking to once a week. The older I get the worse I feel after and it's just not worth it any longer. The drinking in the house if I'm not out is over.

Sweat every day is another. I'm actually not bad for that about 4/5 times a week at the moment so should be doable.

Cut my browsing shite online and use that time to read is another but probably the hardest Monty LewLew

I'm going to get more exercise. I lost weight a few years ago by just walking every day. I got out of the habit and never got back into it. I live where there's hundreds of decent walks so thats my motivation. Exercise and lose about a stone.

Yah I'm totally going to get up at 5am every morning and hit the gym you know, alcohol consumption will be cut by 80% and I will become a vegan.

The new Foreman Grill has just arrived to be fair. None of yer cheap shite, 
Removable plates, Temperature dial, bar grill underneath the top plate for melting cheese etc.

Healthy eating is the plan. 
Chicken & vegetables on skewers etc.

Want to get back to my pre-wedding/honeymoon weight. Beyond that, I’m pretty much perfect already.

Going to stop eating meat.

I don't know why but over the last month or so the idea of eating meat has given me the boak Monty But

Going to try in January and see if I feel good enough to continue it.

Same for me I think, trying to withdraw a lot from social media. Gradually done it the past year, deleted twitter, rarely go on fb so just the forums and IG but I spend way too much time on them and feel like it’s sapping my willpower doing fuck all.

Going to try get a bit of fitness then get back into climbing at Ratho, you can come along one day if you want it’s a good laugh. I’m no good at it and have no technique but there’s no one to judge you but yourself.
