Is this like when you associate numbers with shapes and colours and that's how you're great at sums and know all the statistics but can't talk to people?

I've always struggled with actually talking to folk and following conversation. Make a sarcy comment if you want but I feel comfortable just randomly quoting stats and shit then backing out the conversation - or getting told I'm funny then going after it so much that I run it into the ground.

Only intended it as a daft wee throwaway line - we all call each other aspy on here and remembering a post about moussaka since 2016 felt like a time to bring up that patter. The whole joke there was just about you saying you 'associated me' with moussaka, which I was comparing to people associating numbers with shapes and that (it was a shite joke and hasn't gained anything from being explained). Only mentioned the stats to make it more clear what patter I was using - I find stats posts interesting if anything.
Sorry if it came across like I was genuinely trying to have a go - there wasn't any malice in it. Would've genuinely been a pretty awful thing to post if there had.

Something different to try with your starter, they've also got things like flatbreads made from discard starter that'd go well with a curry, or one of your chickpea efforts.
Isn't it great how versatile a sourdough starter can be? So many different things that we can make from such limited ingredients.
Nice one. Will check this out. Going to have some starter to use later today and made some turkey bulgur last night so a flatbread will be good with that.

I've got it from a mob kitchen book so it might be online.
-Oven at 180
-Grate 2 sweet potatoes then add in parsley, spring onions, salt and pepper, chilli flakes, 2 eggs and mix together. It says to put some oil in but I never bothered. Next time I'm going to add in some other spices as think it could do with it, maybe some paprika at the least.
-Form them into the right shape (I tried not to make mine too fat) and chuck them in for 20 mins, turn them then back in for 10.
I think the recipe asks for smashed avocado but we've got our own guacamole that she makes up. First time ever poaching an egg and nailed it first time
Until she got involved, tried to take it out the pan and half it fell off as you can see in the picture
