Was going to ask if you wanted to have some food there on Saturday before our night out but point taken

Indian I used to go to next to my old flat in Glasgow was the best IMO - Banana Leaf on old Dumbarton road. Six quid for an amazing curry with chappatis or rice and it's BYOB. Bit lacking in the decor stakes so probably not one to take the bird to.
Roastit Bubbly Jocks is a dead good restaurant in Glasgow too, pretty informal and great food. Just need to look past the shite name and somewhat overbearing patter from the main guy.
Cail Bruich on GW road is my favourite though, class every time I've been. Don't really like that Hanoi bike club or whatever it's called - just OK IMO, aimed at the wee hipster gimps that inhabit the west end. OMG there's bikes on the roof. Sound.
