Imagine being an adult and dressing like that.

What are those

To even contemplate such an outfit you'd have to be an absolute fucking retard, surely.

When I was down in London for the friendly against Millwall (JW ) I saw a Celtic fan in a pub wearing the full bumblebee kit, including socks, with 'The Holy Postie' on the back.

With a re-developed Tynecastle and say, Pittodrie, could Scotland realistically host the Euros with a joint bid with Ireland/Wales in the future?

Nah you'd need another 35k plus stadium in each of the countries. Would be decent to bid for and knock down Hampden and build an actual proper modern stadium though.
Celtic and rangers getting their stadiums upgraded for fuck all would be as well.

Celtic Park, Ibrox, Hampden and Murrayfield all over 50,000.
Tynescastle, Pittodrie and Easter Road all over 20,000. Ireland have Croke Park and The Aviva both over 50,000. Plus at least four others well over 20,000 although they would probably need upgrading as the Pikey sports don't seem to need to meet the same criteria as football/rugby. Wales has the Millenium Stadium at 75,000, Cardiff City Stadium at 33,000 and The Liberty at 20,000. Could then a three way bid be possible? Depending on whether the GAA grounds in Ireland were re-developed, the above would give you 16 stadia in 10 cities/towns. There have been joint hosts of the Euros when it was 16 teams meaning two teams qualified automatically. now it's been extended to 24 teams I don't see the issue with three teams qualifying automatically as hosts.

I think the pikey sports absolutely hate football, there was a lot of anger when Croke park was getting used for rugby and football.
20k isn't enough for a euros game. Tynecastle would also need knocked down and and the pitch lengthened and widened significantly, same with pittodrie. It's doable but it would cost a fortune, hence it will never happen.

The bid would also surely be held back by the countries not sharing a border, even if the distances involved aren't huge.

The only way we will see a top tournament (not single games) in Scotland is by the English bidding and including a stadium in their bid.
A bid for England with Hampden/Ibrox/Celtic Park and Murrayfield would probably be a fairly attractive proposition but the SNP are too deluded and wouldn't help as they'd think Germany V Brazil in New Douglas Park was a goer.
