Hes going to have to start chipping in with goals for me. his performances haven't been bad but we cant keep relying on boyce as our only goalscorer in attack.
Didn't see the game yesterday so can't comment on that but I haven't seen any end product from him at all so far.
GMS seems to get a lot of stick on here but he's the only one of our attacking midfield players who actually contributes goals or assists semi-regularly.

Would mean a formation change, and despite the result yesterday, I don't think we need to change it drastically.
He needs to be played upfront, especially now that Boyce is injured.
When he first arrived he was making forward runs and Boyce wasn't putting him through, he's been playing a lot deeper in recent games.
He's played good every week he has just been lacking the luck with his finishes. Play him up tap while Boyce is out (tbf play him up top with Boyce) as ginnelly isn't a striker imo. Ginnelly had a class game and done everything right until he had to try and finish.
Did it go in in slow motion? He'll be flying now he's got a couple goals
Looked a lot happier playing into Gino running behind than a static target man in the last couple games. Some of the wee play between him and Devlin on the left

Yeah, I don't get the play him up top shout. It's clear his best position was where he was today, with someone like Ginnelly stretching the defenders with his pace. He scores two goals so people want to move him about again. doesn't make sense.
Regardless hopefully that's the writing on the wall with Gnanduillet. Bit of a Beamer when the winger who isn't even starting every week is getting the nod at centre forward over you.
