Certainly, he's open to being made an offer he can't refuse by United or even Arsenal before he signs on the dotted line for City.
On Madrid, while things could spiral out of control there very fast, I think the change is most likely to come in the summer. Zidane is clear favourite; Mourinho can't be ruled out.
Can't remember who it was that was saying his long term plan ideally was Man Utd after Bayern then to take Brazil to the 2022 World Cup.
Obviously money talks though. Although City don't have the same history in the game as a Barcelona, Bayern, or Utd, does that mean anything anymore? Plus, City are building something; unlike Chelsea who seem happy to concentrate fully on their first team. Turning City's academy into something to rival Barcelona's as well as turning City's first team from European wannabes into genuine big guns might be something that attracts him.
It's City or United for me. Chelsea doesn't seem like the sort of fit for him at all.
I don't think Madrid will go back for Mourinho either. They should, but I don't think they're dickhead fans would tolerate it. Especially after not wanting Benitez.
Paulo Sousa from Fiorentina?
AC Milan are the other team who could be on the lookout come the summer. 10th last season, 6th currently. Probably too much of a long term project for Mourinho to consider.
