That name won't be permanent either, it's just the only thing they actually have to give naming rights over. The mens first team will be called OG Broomhill for 2 year probably, or the same length as whatever contract Ferry is on. Other teams would do naming rights for stadiums or whatever (remember Hamilton's weed stadium ).
I think fair play to them, it's the right level to start your coaching career of at I give them a lot of credit for that and if you can use your other work through your social media following to bring money and attention to a team no one outside of Broomhill gave 2 shites about then good on you, that's a brilliant business decision for me
I think it's the usual case in Scotland where someone sticks their heid above the parapet a bit and tries to do something fairly new and different for that team/league and they get shot down because it's never been done like that
If they're playing in Edinburgh and hearts weren't I'd probably go see them. Good opportunities for bairns to meet some Scottish football personalities as well as you'd imagine they'll get a lot of support from folk who have been on the podcast and similar.
