A tragic story but the absolute whackjob mother can't have helped.
I'd be interested to know what the mother said before her daughter took her life. If it's just a reaction to a tragedy then it's understandable, but if she really thought her daughter, or any person, can be allergic to wifi then she's played a part in her daughter's suicide.
It's been proven dozens of times that no one is allergic to wifi. It's an easy thing to test, you simply tell someone the wifi is off, they say they feel better but in reality the wifi is on. No one gets passed that simple test. If the mother has looked up evidence saying there is a link then she's either trying to assuage her own guilt or trying to rationalize, as you say, a tragedy.
