Of course, she wasn't targeted, however, you cannot explain away the fact that Donald Trump's first ordered mission was an unmitigated success where US soldiers and innocent civilians were injured/killed, and a US aircraft was destroyed. I'm sure the US has undergone plenty missions where there were no issues like this.
Then again, unless Trump was pushing for the mission to take place despite warnings that there was too much risk involved (easily believable), it isn't his fault, just a coincidence that US military missions he orders mirror his Executive Orders back home.
