That's the quote you're looking for. He specifically refers to what he meant in his proceeding sentence. They took in large numbers (of migrants). They're having problems like they never thought possible. If he meant a terrorist attack he'd have said a terrorist attack. He didn't mention terrorists, or attacks, so how would you have deduced he meant a "terror attack" Alan?
The bit where he mentioned something happening last night suggests there was an incident. Not a fox news report. Pretty much the whole world thought this so it's not some controversial view mate. I think you are clutching at straws to go against the grain. If he had just said that second part none of this would have been brought up (even though it's false).
