This is exactly what I'm talking about - infrastructure creating the conditions where players can flourish. Kids should be playing in the street and that will fix things, or that is a major reason why we produce shite is letting the Association off the hook far too much for their bad decisions and lack of vision. I mean, Pep even says in that quote that playing in the street isn't really possible these days Kids not playing in the street anymore isn't a uniquely Scottish thing, but our deterioration is pretty unique.
