That's fair but the threat is pretty clear so the point about whether the SPFL will want to proceed having seen to have taken Celtic's side still stands. I just can't see that they will want a situation whereby 2 of their biggest clubs, of course Rangers view will be seen as far more important than ours are going to be taking legal action against them, action that could drag on for many months.
What I don't get is that if they are suggesting reconstruction could still take place why not discuss that and package it in any voting situation both for the top league and those below? Why rush through a vote or votes with that in the background as an option. Clearly it would impact the votes. In my opinion that should be at the forefront of the next statement Hearts make.
