I still can't see anyway that major leagues relegate teams with games still to play unless they are mathematically down. There is no way the EPL for instance will get away with relegating Aston Vila given it would cost them over 100 million+. The legal ramifications would be huge. Of course the money in Scotland is nowhere near these figures but it's all relative and is a major reason Hearts should be ensuring any decisions are delayed until such time as both what other leagues are doing and UEFA are enforcing becomes clearer.
