Acey will be able to clarify but I think there's a misconception amongst many that the arbitrators on this will be existing board members and 'football' (no laughing at the back) people. It's my understanding it's likely to be retired judges/sheriffs which makes the SPFL argument that it should be handled by the footballing authorities even more laughable and indeed bullshit. Can't see this ending well at all now so anything we can do to cause as much conflict and create as much hassle as possible is the way to go.
The recovery of the documents motion, granted by the judge is actually a pleasing development. Whilst it's unlikely to change the direction this is headed we should be in a position to ensure a number of people come out of it looking like the shysters they are.
