Na but I think it's still fair to criticise the level of player we've ended up having to sign and I don't think it's just a wee thing that the recruitment fell off a cliff after the first wee crop of signings.
It being a sensible move at this stage with the situation we're in doesn't make him a good signing imo that's why I was saying no one would be that happy if we still had time to make some more moves.
Hopefully he's good, he can probably go either way but it's shite being in this position where it's pot luck on whether an older guy can play a lot of games at a dece level. Does he make you any more confident in securing third because he doesn't really for me.
