With summer just round the corner, how goes the lifting?
Just about back to pre-cut levels on most lifts, I don't like to cut for too long as I don't like losing strength while I don't like to bulk for too long as I don't like losing definition. A bit of catch-22 for me when it comes to weight training.
I've started working on improving hip flexibility to try to improve my squats, I'm 'advanced' on all the big four so trying to work towards 'elite' now.
