I went for a sports massage last Saturday and the girl doing it gave me a load of stretches and exercises to do before fives to stop me knackering my hamstrings and aggravating my shins.
Went well until I got booted. Now not limping due to my knees and tight hamstring but instead due to my achilles.
Still limping about tonight.
