Got to 22/23 and was slim enough (too slim IMO - looked like a strong gust would take me away), and 24/25 hit and all of a sudden I had a wee pot belly
Just started going to Pure and as Walt mentioned, I've been doing stronglifts and an Ab workout app I downloaded, which helps keeps you organised. I mix in a bit of cardio (a bike or swimming mostly because I've gone and AP'd my knee somehow
Squatting silly little weights the past few days but as Chrambo and AP said, no one cares, and if they do they aren't worth bothering about. I find just getting to the gym and doing something makes you feel better about yourself tbh.
