Quick question. It's obviously sub-optimal* but as a 30 minute workout on a lunch break, what do you think of squats, plus pyramids of weighted pullups, dips and if any time then maybe do clean and press. Sometimes time seems to run out and can barely manage to do more than a heap of weighted pull ups and squats. For me they are probably the two most effective exercises though. Would you suggest anything else to swap in?
Probably going to join 'the gym' as it is across the road from my work, means saving 10-20 mins from walking round to pure instead, and try to fit in a quick 30 minutes at lunchtime.
