I was out by myself once in my 16ft Lund, seal hunting. Was great weather, about 15 miles from town on the other side beside the mountains. Anyway there was this great iceberg with a main tower and another smaller one - they were separated by a section of perhaps 40 ft of tourquoise blue water that looked like it had enough draught to take the shaft of the outboard. I got right close up to it from both sides to guage the situation but I couldn't be sure. The while thing looked pretty stable, and I was near certain that I could drive 'over' it without causing it to move, nevermind roll. Of course I'd have to do this probably at least at 2/3s speed. Go Pro was on and rolling but I bottled it in the end as I just couldn't be sure that I'd not get bounced out after the shaft hit a bit that I couldn't see. There was nobody around so I'd probably have ended up as a meal for the wee watr beasties. Footage would have been though.

I feel bad that I didn't realise Scott was trawling away - I wasn't able to give him a reaction at the time But Mak and Mikey are pretty close to what I meant. Funnily enough, as a regular Scottish person, I speak with an accent and use Scottish vernacular in almost every sentence. (Dragged up in a cooncil school, and I regularly had people at high school trying to take the piss out my accent and the things I'd say) Dae a poast oan TalkHertz like this so ah can get aww the likes and retweets oan @ScottishTwitter, ken? No. You can speak like a regular Scottish person and type like you understand English.
