They'll try and get out of it and make you pay. So be prepared to argue. How did they become misaligned anyway? Forcing them on when frozen to the windscreen? Monty Chuckle

Got my two year service on the 28th, whcih also means I got my annual car wash! Laugh

They mentioned the tred on the front tyres was down to 3.1 and that AC say that it's within the range they suggest for renewal.  I asked him what the legal mnimum is, he says 1.6.   Heh

Nah, don’t think it was my fault this time. Was driving in high winds a week or two ago and the right hand wiper started bonking against the side of the windscreen itself. After that they just started getting in each other’s way.

Have booked in for a repair. They won’t be able to tell me if it’s a warrantable repair until after they’ve examined it (fair enough). If it’s not, it’s like £140 for the examination. Monty Oh Well I’m in the wrong profession.
