Going by the documentary I got the impression that he wasn't even in denial about it and in an article actually admits they might not all have been legal age. The impression I got is that it was typical of the time and must've all been consensual if there was anything illegal due to the lack of formal allegations made against him, doesn't sound like an abuser in the same way Saville has been accused of being.

Aye, it's like all the stuff with Led Zeppelin and their ilk. Nobody was checking birth certificates.

If it was, then it was to ensure they were 13. Jimmy liked 'em young.

Laugh there is some great moments in it,

he goes up to Michael Schnecker and introduces himself "Hey, I'm lips from Anvil, we played at the same festival in the 80's, I played the guitar using a womens vibrator" Warnock

Anyone watched the Neil Oliver / Alice Roberts documentary series on the Celts? Absolutely brilliant stuff, really enjoyed them. Not an awful lot I didn't already know at least to some extent, but it was presented very well. The BBC are great for those kinds of things.

Aye, really enjoyed it. The Germans seem to be a bit pissed off about the new theory that Celts and their language emerged from the Atlantic coastline.
Although Neil Oliver appears to be a gargantuan bellend he is a brilliant story-teller.

That's what I think about him as well. Desperate to hate the guy, but he is seriously fucking good at what he does. Laugh Alice Roberts as well is brilliant, they've struck on quite a good pairing with her doing the archeological stuff, and him doing the flowery storytelling bits. Hopefully they get to do more together.

The Human Journey with Alice is one my favourite ever documentaries.

Went to talk with Neil Oliver on the Vikings. Really enjoyed it.

Just started one on Netflix called "Making a Murderer", which starts with a guy being released after 18 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit, and the state trying to put him back. Compelling as fuck so far.
