Sound like Nadal got decimated. The Grand Slam is there for the taking now.
Murray looking good against Ferrer so far.

Murray has been absolutely phenomenal in this fourth set so far. Some of the shots Ferrer played were quality, nailed on winners - Murray is sending them back deep into the corners and winning the point. Looking very strong.
Shame he's got Djokovic in the best form of his career in the next round

I don't believe in Nadal.

The draw seems like it's weighted pretty heavily on Murray's side. Djokovic having to beat both Nadal and Murray just to get to the final just seems ridiculous
06-03-2015, 05:42 PM
Yeah, not sure how that happened - just a quirk of the rankings I guess, since Murray and Nadal were both building back points after injury layoffs in the last year.
Murray was exceptional in that last set, Ferrer couldn't live with it, and he actually wasn't playing badly. Obviously Djokovic is a different proposition, but if he is ever going to beat him on the clay, it will be in this form. I won't be betting on him, though

It was unfortunate that the 3 clear favourites for the tournament ended up on the same side of the draw. I've no idea how Berdych ended up 4th seed, and that knocked the draw out of kilter for me.
You'd imagine the winner of Murray v Djokovic will take the title, and I can't see past Djokovic, regardless of how good Murray's form has been this year. Wawrinka v Tsonga should be interesting. I'd love to see Tsonga make the final, but I reckon he'd get pulverised by Djokovic.

Jo-Willy is a break down in the first set.
Hoping these two have a 4 hour epic so that I can get home for most of the Murray match.

Wawrinka set up and break up in the second. Have him and Djokovic outright.
06-05-2015, 12:16 PM
Not too shocked by that. He wasn't that great against Nishikori and Stan's a good step above him.
Stan 3-0 and Djok 3-1 were my pre-match predictions. Needless to say I've not actually backed them so they'll probably both come in.

Murray loses the first set.
Straight sets Djokovic I think
06-05-2015, 04:35 PM
Looking more likely now - break down in the second.

Murray is pathetic against Djokovic.
To be fair, in this form, absolutely anyone is pathetic against Djokovic.
06-05-2015, 04:48 PM
^^Rephrased - Djokovic is by far the best in the world. Murray can't play against this.

He's taking the utter piss, though
What was that at set point there?!

Don't think it will be as easy for Djokovic against Wawrinka. He has more dangerous and powerful strokes IMO. Isn't as consistent a player as murray though.
06-05-2015, 04:59 PM
He's mentally chucked this one, sadly.
06-05-2015, 05:07 PM
He doesn't believe he can beat Djokivic today, which is fair enough tbh.
