Motherwell making lots of strong choices lately. Hope it works for them.

Top class from them. They've got a CEO who is a fan and worked his way up through the ranks and it shows in moments like this.
No football departments or customers at Motherwell.

Won't hold my breath for Budge to follow suit on that one

If we did it would be marketed as more of a 'pay what you want' type deal that ended up with our fans paying fucking double thinking they're saving the club from the baddies that take one for free.

Ken what. A lot of Motherwell fans will buy a season ticket anyway because of that and probably give the spare one to a friend.
Top class.

Budge will have a Tory attitude towards such things, and she can sell £180 statues with a straight face so no chance this will happen.
they made it difficult for folk to get refunds last year despite the bullshit they fed folk in the marketing campaign. the only way to guarantee a ticket for the Scottish cup semi final Never mind free season tickets, get your pocket money in the cash cow! Notes are preferred

Nice gesture. Wonder how many ST holders they have? Imagine most of their income will come from away fans (when things go back to normal).
Their record amount was 4.5k in 2019 and they sold about 4k last season so that's a very decent chunk of cash to write off. They've set up a wee fund fans can donate to and that money goes to give away ST's for unemployed and disabled.
Just a decent club. Also outperformed us for years

Still it's all relative to the club and still a great gesture.

See they're hoping to get between 500 - 3000 people inside Hampden for the final.
Sounds shite tbh

What's the point man You can barely get at atmosphere in there when it's full never mind with a few hundred.

More fans than the hobos would normally bring eh #hhgh
