Thought he was a mad Liverpool fan too? That is a very bizarre transfer all round.

They weren't planning on playing him this season and he wanted away to get a chance at the world cup squad. Guess it gets him off the wage bill and there's probably a decent loan fee.

Why are Wolves loaning their captain to Everton, have I missed something here? Laugh

Heard earlier they’ve gone to a back 4 so he doesn’t get a game any more. He’s a club legend there so they’ve let him go somewhere he’ll play to give him a shot at making the World Cup squad rather than sitting in the stands. Fair play to them for it but if I was Everton I’d be a bit worried that even Wolves don’t see them as a threat Laugh

Same turning circle as the Berra - Aaron Hughes partnership.

Brexit means Brexit. All Everton need is to sack Lampard, bring in Dyche and they are good to go.

Not saying that Everton are going to rocket up the table like. Warnock They'll do well to finish 17th again.

Coady and Tarkowski are streets ahead of Holgate and Keane though. Tony Can't Hear You

If Wolves are binning him because he’s not any good in a back 4 then you’ve got to be asking questions about Everton if that’s where they’re fitting him in to their already shite defence.
