Rule of thumb - if the logo/brand is anywhere other than the label - then it's ned wear.

They have decent technical gear in their sailing range. Wouldn't touch the 'high street' USC-esq stuff though.

If it's the wee polo logo (the size of your thumbnail approx) then that's OK in some instances.

If it's the big polo logo, that is bang on certified ned wear/neds who are wannabe "Ya's".

Just saw the posts above. Laugh

I have these swimming shorts:

Although these still come under "sportswear". I'd much prefer a quality brand and fit without their logo for a Tee or jumper.

Wrong.

Lacoste should never be worn in the UK. Only if you are in France.

It's been culturally butchered in this country. Sorry.

Scott nails it again. Same with Lyle & Scott. If you're not on the golf course, and don't want to be confused for a ned, don't wear it.

I wouldn't wear Lacoste based purely on their shitey size numbering.

Decent enough stuff but as Scotty says - absolutely ruined by the neds.

Can we all pay attention to the difference between 'discreet' and 'discrete' in future, guys?

Used to love my stripey Henri Lloyd jumpers c. 2001. Warnock
