I feel sorry for that portion of the population that have that gene that makes coriander taste like soap. They think it tastes shit but they're the problem. It's delicious Piggy

Coriander in a curry is excellent, coriander thrown liberally over the top of something is just rank.

I’ve been cultivating and tending a starter culture for the last 8 months, so ive been making a sourdough every day, really feel a connection with the history of places like France and Italy when the bread comes out the oven.

My local Tesco has been out of eggs for ages, but last time I went to Sainsbury's they had loads. Don't understand how these shortages work at all tbh.

I managed to get eggs this afternoon when I nipped down to scotmid and there was plenty, hopefully the panic buying is done.
