Made some dough on Thursday and rustled a couple pizzas up tonight, they aren’t a patch on Kash or Walts Neapolitan efforts but they hit the spot after a long day

*toppings were a bit generic ala dominoes but I just used what was in the house, red onion/peppers/sweetcorn/spring onion and some jalapeños on mine as we are out of chillies and purée

Cheers lads, I normally make my own sugo but my girlfriend got a jar of passata from Lidl and it was nice,

I keep meaning to try cooking the sugo/passata first after Walts recommendation but was running on empty today and forgot.

The bases look superb. Nice crust.

Overnight Oats are pinigol.

More of a summer breakfast though for me. Need eggs or warm porridge in the winter.

A minute or two longer in the oven and our soda bread would have looked too much like Acey's cauliflower.[Image: 50d095a22b600bb9382ecab67395c030.jpg]

Practice with the pasta machine finally paying off. Carbonara, with garlic ciabatta. Bought the ciabatta but made the garlic butter.

A right faff like and that’s all the good looking bits. There was plenty of stuff all clumped together but getting better every time with it.

Looks good, Khali, although I prefer mine with a bit more cheese. Boy at work, from Rome, makes us it once in a while. So, so Piggy
