It's usually from not drinking enough water. It can also be exacerbated by any other diseases (e.g. PKD).

The little red dot has not gone away 4 months later and I've still got a lump on the top of my foot that won't go away, doc says it's nothing to worry about!

Came about when the other half had a caravan that she was looking to get serviced then sold, the A-Frame thing at the front was getting put into position when the support wheel came away (I can neither confirm nor deny that I pressed the wrong lever) causing the front frame bit to swing down landing on my foot. Fuck knows how but I didn't break anything but was on crutches for about 2 weeks

That's rank. Was there any broken bones? Feet are the worst place to break bones, my old injuries get pretty achey in the cold. (VS is just old lol etc etc)

Henrik larsonn'd/aaron ramsey'd my tib/fib earlier this year by some arsehole two-footing me. Back playing to some extent now but it's seriously fucked with me psychologically in that I'm scared of any sort of challenge. That image of half your leg pointing out at a weird angle is a hard one to shake, hoping that it's just the shinguard and not your bone.

Got some decent pics out of it tho Shitwine

That sounds brutal mate. Did the tib/fib age 13 and it definitely affected me in terms of confidence, can imagine it might be harder to shake off as you get older.

Yeh it's pretty shite, eh? Was the first time I've properly injured myself so freaked out a bit and finished one of those gas canisters in about five minutes.

Finished my dissertation in about a week and got lots of sympathy from the bird so not all bad Shitwine
