Sitting on the bus into work because there's an Xmas lunch later on and I want to hog all the free wine like the cretin I am. This is fucking rubbish - I miss my car. Sob

Is it an automatic driving ban if you're caught?

Minimum 12 months.

Apparently they're going to start prosecuting drink driving in the Justice of the Peace Court for comparatively lower readings instead of the Sheriff Court all the time.

Bus update: fucking stinks of feet. A child is singing. I pray for the sweet release of death.

If you're charged, I'd guess it's a straight ban after going to court...

Plus the potential loss of your job...

So you could leave a pub in Berwick under the limit and 10 mins later be over the limit if your driving north.

IT'S A TRAP
