Don't know if there is already a thread on cereal but thought I'd start one to see what cereal is preferred by the good folks of TalkHearts, my favourite and what I'm eating at the moment is 'Just Right' also like a bowl of 'Start' for a treat, I'm sure there will be a few classics that've been forgotten and could possibly inspire us. Over to you. Wink

Aye, i used to be addicted to them, infact i practically lived on cereal at one point Warnock another favourite of mine is Golden nuggets, better when they've been given time in the milk to soften slightly.

I've been off keto since July and haven't gained any weight back. 2 stone down for the year. Can't speak for Francis.

Glad to hear it mate. It's weird that you didn't get fat after reintroducing those evil, evil carbs though.

Right? After incessantly being told that all I was losing was water weight and that I'd "pile it all back on straight away", it's pretty strange that I haven't.

Kept up some of the habits from the diet though. I don't eat nearly as much bread as I used to. Dinner is still chicken and veg but now with sweet potato. Not got back on to the cereal (staying on topic) and I don't crave sugar as much.

Who told you that all you were losing was water weight? Sounds like either they didn't understand the science or you didn't understand them.

Interesting that you haven't regained weight after reintroducing carbs. Almost makes it seem like the carbs weren't the issue, but it couldn't be that.

Anyone into a wee bit of porridge oats and yoghurt? Bit of raspberry yop and oats is banging. Take out the massive YOP sugar whack by using fage 0% (dat protein doe Pinilla) and a touch of raspberry jam.
