Still a big fan of the Aldi crisp stuff.

Waitrose's Essential Fibre is great too (bananas / apple / coconut / raisin)

Interesting that you haven't regained weight after reintroducing carbs.  Almost makes it seem like the carbs weren't the issue, but it couldn't be that.

Friends and family, Mak, of which I count you neither.

Kellogg's Krave Pinilla

Used to just eat shite on a nightshift, so I swapped all that for just a bowl of porridge at work. Lost a bit of weight already.

Apple and Blueberry porridge is tremendous.

Porridge made without milk though. I do it with water, constant stirring, and a spoon of brown sugar.

Porridge is the only thing I add salt to

Unless I'm cooking, I just don't add salt to things if I'm out or that

Tonight I came In from 5s, had my tea, 20 minutes later I'm downing two bowls of pecan oat clusters. Jose

Now sitting like a stuffed pig regretting both bowls.

I'm aware this is a bit cool story bro/what am I like, but it is Monday night, and it was cereal.

Tesco Malt Wheats are much nicer than proper Shreddies. Find that's the case with a lot of cereal. The supermarket brand stuff seems to be nicer and less sugary tasting.
