I am.
It's difficult cooking multiple different dinners though when rest of family having something else. Expensive too
Do it man. The kids will get used to the taste of 8 rashers of bacon a day
Depending on what we're having I'll ocassionally swap bits out but there's something appealing about coming home to a home cooked meal.

She's not willing to cook more than one dinner (ridiculous I know)
Tell her indoors to home cook something without a pile of potatoes or chips and baby, you got a keto going :carlweathers:
Porridge with apple, almonds, chocolate spread and cinnamon.
This place has genuinely taken a 'women in the hairdresser' vibe on the diet front.

Buy yourself a slow cooker. Put your own meal together before work and it will be ready for you coming home.

Chuck in a few eggs to slow scramble and you've got a dinner right there

Based on recent diet chat, it sounds like most of the folk on here are "skinny fat". e.g. no muscular tone but carry a wee "office baby" from never leaving their desk.
Starving your little pregnancy bump won't get rid of it. Burn fat through exercise and eat a balanced diet. Dump the fads.

Sterling make the kids avocado fries, they look great and what could be healthier than frying fat in fat?

First part is spot on
The second, I've decided to cut carbs down because I have been having issues with energy peaks and troughs throughout the day and I've been eating way too many empty carbs. For me, it's a temporary thing, but I'm doing it for a wee while to try and kick the sugar/carb cravings before I reintroduce them in a more balanced way to my diet. It's definitely not a starvation diet, btw - I'm on a calorie deficit, but not a huge amount, and certainly not feeling hunger pangs etc. It may be a bit faddy, but at least it's not a VS with his 1000 calories a day job
What the fucking fuck are those avocado fries all about?
