Surely you don't actually wear that at school? Warnock

Don't wear a watch myself but am in the market for one, liking the look of those Invicta ones.

Of course I do Greggy

Learned my lesson a couple of years ago when I was wearing a half decent watch - nothing fancy, couple of hundred quid job - and broke the strap moving tables about my room. Function over fashion in terms of watches at work now.

Although, that would suggest the Casio doesn't look great, which it clearly does Cool

That's massive! The crown guard must ad a cm onto things too.

You know what they say about men who wear big watches...

What's the obsession with Invicta?

There's a couple - a Seamaster 300 and an Aqua Terra. The AT has the Bond family crest on it Wiggo

The 300 is decent. Nice lolipop second hand

Seems like it's pretty similar to the one on this blog.

Got the speedy on eBay. Took a bit of research to make sure I wasn't buying a looky looky.

Liking that Rusky one, Walt. Where did you find it?

Trusty old ebay as well. I had a look at others on a few blogs and so on, and then looked at the obvious fakes. This one was old enough looking that I was happy enough it wasn't a total shanner. I've read that quite a few of the russian ones can be frankenwatches, but as long as it runs I like the design etc. But pretty sure it's legit.

Was just ordering a NATO strap when my innate pedantry made me stop as clearly the old soviet boys would't have worn MOD issue straps. I don't fancy the leather with this one, so will claim the strap is from the DDR or something and it's definitely warsaw pact authentic.
