Either too stupid to realise what is happening on the pitch or too stubborn to switch his approach. Either way it's already cost us a lot of points this season and now what looked like a routine win against Hibs.
Would've expected to dominate the second half after going in 2 goals up. Win the ball, keep it, probe and let them chase us. We just sat off them, gave them control in the middle, quickly got pinned back and relied on our defenders repelling every attack, playing to none of our strengths. Neilson takes the blame for most of that imo.
Sounds like he's not going to take Hearts any further forward, which will be crucial next season especially when the competition will be greater. The various components are there, for Hearts to push on and make a real go at being a force over the next few years but it's absolutely crucial that correct decisions are made on the pitch.
Anyway, I won't go on to much as my views of him are based on last season (although I'm assuming it's much the same this year).

Terrible manager but he never had us shiteing it off fucking Hibernian. Robbies seriously beginning to test my
Patience. How many big games are we going to lose before he gets us to press the fucking ball?
