I think it will cheapen it if they go the multiworld route. Unless it's purely in the planning stages. If that teaser and the mention of "Park 1" implies that there are already multiple parks then that's shite. Takes away the whole gravity of what's happening in Westworld, almost makes it feel pointless. Westworld needs to be the main thing for any of that to have any impact.
Had some boy at work ruin part of the story for me already. Explicitly told him I'd watched one episode so not to ruin anything. Within about 30 seconds he told me the bad guy was actually an Android then tried to argue that it tells you that in ep 1.
I'm only on episode 2 now but he said he had watched 4 so I assume that happens somewhere in 2-4.
Honestly man, can't stand folk who ruin programs, sometimes it's easy to let slip especially when it's older episodes but I had literally just said
Also a bit disappointed with that ending. Thought it seemed a bit simple given what had gone before.
Think it's certain there will be another series focussing on the other parks. The samurais and the note Mauve had were too random to be just dropped in.
Is William still alive?
Is Bernard now effectively back to being Arnold? Or is he still going to be carrying out Ford's work that he's programmed him to do before he died?
Is Mauve genuinely acting of her free will or again, doing Ford's bidding?
I agree the logical storyline will be the conscious hosts trying to free the others. Seems like a fairly simple plot compared with Season 1 so I'm sure there will be more too it.
Can't see them doing only one series given how much if must have cost to produce. Can't say I'm that excited about Season 2 given how everything has been tied up but I'll definitely watch it.
