Another thread that seems to have been lost. I'm looking for some help with some headphones. I've only got the standard in ear ones that came with my iPod, 5 years ago, and it's about time for an upgrade.
They don't need to be 'professional' or anything but obviously of a decent enough quality that I can use them everyday and they'll last another 5 to 10 years. I've been browsing various sites but gotten nowhere, although a few brand names keep popping up; Monster DNA, Sennheiser, Bose and Beats. Any decent? Or are there better ones out there?

Thought about getting a fitbit for the dog.

Wouldn't mind one myself, or something along those lines, interesting to see how much I run at 5s, and would be a decent motivator to put in the effort week in week out, to try and push to beat my own record. It's why I like strava, can race against myself on the cycle home.

Beats are shit Kash. Like poster like headphones right Titter

Steer well clear of them. Stylish looking but the sound quality is pretty shit and they rely on celebrities that they sponsor to sell as many as they do.

What kind of headphones are you after? Style I mean, not brand.

Curries at Craigleith is moving and they have some good deals on cookers, tv's and shit if anyone is in the market. Not a lot left but it was about 25% off display price for most items.

Yeah, but if i wanted to use a tv box or something. It's for an actual TV (that doesn't connect to the internet) that's on my wall. Just don't want a massive cable all over my room.

You're going to need a cable for power anyway, why not just run a cable for data as well? Get a virgin box. (like ur birds lolol)

The socket is directly behind the T.V. so the power cable'll be hidden.

You could get a wireless hdmi sender/receiver but i wouldn't. They're wee boxes as well so would be difficult to hide behind a telly that's flush to a wall. Can you not just drill holes and run them in the wall nah?
