To watch? Has to be Serie A for me. Ever since being hooked by the legendary C4 Gazetta days, everything about Italian football just oozes class. Great stadia, great fans, great teams and amazing players.

English premier has really slipped down the ranks imo, you just know games are going to be pap when you sit down to watch them. SPL probably shades them thanks to BT Sport. Can take or leave French, German and Spanish football bar watching the big derby games.

La Liga for me, so many good teams around the middle of the table who play decent attacking football.

I fucking hate the Premiership now, I genuinely can't stand watching it. So many mediocre teams who just aim to stay in the league year after year sucking up that sweet TV money.

Super Sunday today, Brighton vs Everton & Southampton vs Newcastle. Monty Ha

Liverpool vs United got the huge buildup from Sky, and it was complete dogshit, as usual. :warnock

I don’t really watch much football these days if I’m honest but I’m not sure if I’ve sickened myself by watching too much for years or if it’s because it’s become too predictable and dull.

Series A in the 90’s was incredible.

It's terrible.

For me the SPL is the best watch because I care more about the results, I enjoy games from all the other big leagues but some of it is fucking gash, the EPL is so dull these days I actually prefer just listening to punditry on it rather than actually watching the full games.

FuckMe

Shows how much attention I pay.

What really winds me up is the moronic little Englanders that genuinely buy into the best league in the world shite.

Would love Real Madrid to smash Spurs on Tuesday. Monty Smug

Can’t remember the last time I watched a full premiership game, and certainly can’t remember the last time I missed one and thought “sounds like I really missed a cracker there”. It’s war of attrition shite.

Always quite enjoyed the English Championship, good standard of football and a little more unpredictable than the EPL. Only overseas games I ever watch are the odd Bundesliga game and the big La Liga matches.

I have the Championship down as one of the worst leagues, the football is absolutely dire, I sometimes think if you take away the big stadiums, the big build up and attention the likes of the English Championship has then you have something similar to Scottish football.

Agree with Mastermind and AP; hands down, La Liga. Superior technical skill bourne out by attacking philosophy. Piggy

It's rare nowadays that we see a high quality game between the top teams in the EPL; any likelihood of this occurring will come from a combination of City/Spurs and Chelsea.

1. La Liga - but it's a joint procession year after year after year

2. EPL - which is at least mildly unpredictable at the top from one season to the next

3. Serie A - far and away the most continually overrated, overhyped league amongst football forum hipsters. The teams do not compare in quality in any way to what they were 20 years ago; if it wasn't for Juventus, Italy would've completely fallen off the cliff in European competition too.

Yet it's still number 3 in my eyes - because everything else is mindnumbing shite.
