Ryan gauld would be a great signing however think he'll be a bit like Henderson who will try and get a move to another team in Italy/Spain or something rather than coming back to Scotland.

Being reported that SL are looking to get rid, not that we're interested I'm just saying I wonder if we'd be interested given we're still looking for a winger.
Is he a winger? Always thought he was more of a number 10 so would presumably play the same role as Naismith here.
Think this is a massive move for him, really needs to go somewhere he's playing every week. Hopefully he can kick on, both for the national team's sake and more generally to encourage Scottish players to go abroad. Gauld and Oli Burke were the two highest profile moves abroad recently so it could put future players off going abroad if it doesn't work out for either of them.
Always got the impression he was a centre mid/number 10, and the way he spoke when he left for Portugal was that he wouldn't be seen dead back in Scotland
