Congrats Lynsey.

Re the sling, she absolutely loves it, goes to sleep every time she's in, though this last week she was awake for a good while, looking about, then fell asleep. I put her in it a fair bit for walks with the dog around the block, gives the wife 20/30 minutes peace as well as being good for bonding.

Just bought an ergobaby carrier though, as the sling is a pain for the wife to do on her own, and also it's quite stretchy so you can't do much without supporting her head all the time.

God what have I done to a football forum Eek I feel like I've turned this thread into baby centre

Gravity (the trampoline place) are doing summer passes for 19.95. Can go once a day until the 9th of September.

It’s 10.95 to go once.

I went go-karting on my brothers stag do a few years back and the boy who ran the place said at the end, that he’d never in all his years working there witnessed some one as dangerously aggressive as me when it came to overtaking and taking corners.

I took it as a badge of honour, until he told me that as a result, I wasn’t welcome to return. Warnock

Fat Cunt I know eh!

Anyway, I'm up at Bonnyrigg tomorrow morning and was wondering if there is anywhere in the vicinity that might be worth a visit with the kids (we have day tickets and don't mind a wee wander) so looking for suggestions THF? Sound

Dalkeith Country Park is really good these days. They’ve built a big new adventure playground and there is a nice cafe.
Then there is also Roslin Glen and Vogrie. Mining Museum is in Nitten too.

Nice one; great ideas. Haven't been to DCP in a while; might not be able to extract kids from that adventure playground but I could always lie about something being better just up the road on the bus, I guess. Never been to Roslin Glen, or the chapel so that appeals. The Nitten Mining Museum is probably out as mate lives close by and we'll just end up in the Dean. Eek

Thanks, Papin. Shitwine
