Yeah they might have changed it for this year but if it's the same as last year, trades can only go through once a week and there isn't any waiver order so free transfers all just seem quite random.

I think the trades go through before the deadline so yeah just once a week. The waiver order is based on league standings. Rock bottom goes first. So Groot would constantly be hoovering up any emerging talents.
Have sent the joining link to everyone who's paid. As with last year, if we don't get a 16th and final league member, someone will be facing the Average Team each week (which is quite a good way of doing things imo).
