Great shop I’ve been in a few times recently for bits and pieces, the kankun hot sauce I have is from Lupe Pintos

Im pretty certain I’ve mentioned on here before but has anyone tried Psycho Serum? 6.4 million scovilles

https://www.hotsauceemporium.co.uk/shop/...e-extract/

In the barrelhouse at Jocks Lodge they use 1 tablespoon per 4 litres to make the hellfire sauce they serve, i was friendly with one of the staff and they gave me a pin drop on a toothpick to try, my throat closed up and face swelled up, there is a video of the whole incident it’s not my best moment tbf,

The hellfire sauce is nice enough and manageable but the psycho serum is unbearable-even a pin drop.

Never understood these outrageously hot sauces.... tried a dip of a chip in a ‘nuclear’ hot sauce in a german beer hall in Liverpool a couple of years ago and was almost in tears. Had to whip my top off and order milk at the bar  Warnock

I've never understood the mentality of turning food into an endurance test to show how hardcore you are Heh Can enjoy a hot curry, chilli, etc, but if you have tears streaming down your face and are needing half a pint of milk between mouthfuls, you clearly aren't enjoying yourself.

Really hot food is pointless imo. You can't taste the food only fucking intense heat.

When I'm in the Indian 4 chilli"s on the menu is as far as I go. That's Madras hot. Any higher and it's spoilt. Got a mate who gets a Phall. It's unbelievably hot. He doesn't seem to mind. The fucking maniac.

One of my idiot mates took a shot of Dave's insanity sauce in the eye.  Zlat
Made noises that were reminiscent of this.

Mind pouring milk in his eye to try and help the pain, over the bath, with him screaming like that. Laugh Mrs S was delighted to be woken up and come into the bathroom to witness this sight. Glorious

Madras is the perfect heat. Hot enough but still all the flavour. Piggy

A proper naan out the tandoor, dipped into curry. Pinilla

Controversial but I love it when someone orders a korma so I can tan their sauce as a dipping sauce for the bread. Laugh

Had a really good chicken chettinad from rishi's on bath street in glasgow. Would recommend. It's pretty authentic and popular with indian folk, so always a good sign.
