Any good regimens out there? Trying out a new anti-redness cream for the face, it's doing a dece job but would like to perfect my morning routine.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Was never too fussed for Moisturiser but my ex got me into these types of products and they definitely help my pasty dry Scottish skin,

I normally swear by Murad but got a wee bottle of Mario Badescu from Harvey Nicks as an alternative.

I just use the Nivea moisturising cream in the mornings, only time I really need to use it though is this time of year when it’s freezing.

Couldn’t be bothered with needing to use 5 different products every morning :Clanger

My skins better when I just use plain soap. When I’ve tried to use face scrubs and moisturiser in the past my skins come out in plooks and blotches Monty LewLew

Aye same, as soon as I start using specific face washes my skin seems to get a lot worse.

Sometimes i wonder if moisturiser makes any difference day to day, and then i see the nick of people my age who don't moisturise and they look done in.

Usually buy a bulk pack of nivea and that plus xmas box sets will get me through the year.

Clearly lives in a one room studio above a bookies in Leith and wouldn't know how to chat up a girl even with Brad Pitt as a wingman.

Meanwhile, in the real world, us men use whatever the bursd has left lying around that states "moisturiser" on the label.

*Pro Tip - make sure it's not a skin-tinting one though. Sound
