None of this fucking about with interim managers or half year contracts, get a guy in who’s going to get time to implement his own way around the club because that’s exactly what we need. We need to start working towards properly changing the attitude at the club that’s been left and a manager like McCall in until May is not going to give anybody a lift.
In hindsight we should’ve just chucked the money up for Robinson. He was a good realistic target and that is what should’ve happened. I still have a bit of faith that Stendel comes off but every game that goes by without a dece manager in place puts us massively at risk of being in that relegation battle come the end of the season.
It needs to be the right manager because a wee lift and a few wins against the lower end diddys and we’re avoiding any serious trouble.
If McCall comes in and gets us doing the basics and picking up points at home at the very least that will be enough for the fans, it doesn't have to be a long term solution, right now we are fucking about trying to get this stendel guy in while we slip further down the league with that glaikit cunt in a suit at the side of the park.
