Surely any form of relegation whether away/home, through playoffs/direct will see a clear out at board room level?

If we go down they have failed the club massively and it will ruin the legacy she has created for herself. She won't be remembered as the woman who saved hearts and built a new stand she'll be remembered as the woman who overseen us go down through her inaction.

I do feel sorry for her at times but just feel she's invited this on big time by being stubborn. If levein had gone at the end of the season i don't think we'd be looking at this situation, which is mental considering there was a good case for him to move over well before that as well. I'd like to hear more about what FOH make of the situation they're looking to inherit in the near future, because what a mess we'll be handed over in if we do go down.

There's been minimal protests throughout this sorry episode, I just think without any proper vocal protests she'll be able to convince herself that the fans aren't really as angry as we should be and can cling onto power for another season to take us back up.

And we’re still only a couple of points away from (relative) safety. Zlat Fuck your conspiracies - if we go down it’s because we’ve been absolutely dreadful.

No, we're 7 points from safety.

If we can win the rearranged game against St Mirren and our home game against Ross County I think we'll go into the split with more points than Hamilton, so we can definitely lose more games. Now whether we will win those games is still a stretch.

Before the split Hamilton have Rangers Away, Killie at Home, Ross County in Dingwall, Hibs at Home and away to St Johnstone who are improving. I can see Hibs lying down to them and them maybe picking up a point in one other game.

Ultimately it's going to come down to us beating them after the split, but if we go down it won't be because we don't deserve it.

She's clearly got an absolutely massive ego. How will she cope when she comes face to face with her objectively catastrophic failure (and, given her age, little time to build again)?

I expect she'll just blame other people or the pile of fans.

Levein is next, absolute incompetent who bred a culture of toxicity, lack of professionalism, and low standards, but he should have never been appointed, let alone allowed to run the club into the ground for so long. The “he’s a good Hearts man, just needs another window, he will get it right” cretin fans need to take a look in the mirror as well, although it’s not their responsibility as such - mocking folk who saw the problems and never apologising for getting it so wrong was a disgrace at the time, and I wonder if any of them have a wee pang of guilt about the way they treated folk who ended up being right all along.

The current group, manager and players, need to take a big share of the blame if we don’t get out of this as well, but guys like Stendel, Boyce etc have walked into a proper shit show and I think it’s easy to underestimate how bad it was (and is). She’s still got the guy who put us in this mess skulking about with the club gear on, snaking the manager and having a hand in club business. Meanwhile she’s telling the manager that he can’t have his assistants for weeks and weeks after he arrives. That is absolutely frightening.

She’s sleepwalked us into a dire situation and now the shit has hit the fan, she’s nowhere to be seen. If this was Mr Romanov Monty Ooh

Apparently and no this isn't a joke, Fox with Levein by his side took the reserve team today whilst Stendel and his guys stood on the other side of the park watching form there. Never in the history of football have I heard of such a ludicrous setup which is conducive for only one thing, failure.

If this is true.

Why else would he be kept around? Once DS cannot turn it around he's just along the corridor, knows the club, Hearts legend etc etc.

Interesting that the reserves are playing the high press as well. Levein might be hanging about but he clearly has no influence on anything.

If they appoint Levein in the Championship, they better be prepared for about 3k season ticket sales.

We need at least 2 wins between now and the split, probably 3, I have no confidence in us getting them.

Budge is the reason we are where we are, letting Levein run the club from top to bottom for as long as he has done and let this mentality/sickness set in, not sacking him when the alarm bells were ringing for all of us over a year ago, taking an age to appoint a new manager, letting Levein hang about and see out his contract because he "might be useful", effectively going missing at this time of crisis, it's an absolute joke. Any other club and/or chairman and they'd be getting absolutely rinsed in the media and by the fans but for some reason she's almost getting away unscathed. Never mind the complete disdain she holds the fans who disagree with her.

Easy scapegoat in Stendel, if we don't stay up. Nevermind that she never really backed him, but backed the previous cretin to the hilt. Honestly expecting to hear a 'we should have never let fans influence decisions and wish I had kept craig on...'
