For the first time this season I think I properly resigned myself to the fact it's going to happen after yesterday. Until then I kept thinking we'd click eventually and put together a run that would drag us out of it. I just don't think there are enough games left though and I don't think we have the players to dig us out of a relegation battle. That coupled with the teams around us getting results when needed has made me think we're done; Hamilton are doing it when it counts, St Johnstone dragged themselves clear and I wouldn't be surprised to se St Mirren do a number on us on Wednesday.
We could obviously still do it and it's in our own hands to an extent, but nothing I've seen this season points to us being able to put together a run of victories against the teams we'll need to in order to keep us up.
Stendel clearly has to take his share of responsibility but the blame lies solely at the feet of Levein and Budge. If Stendel has been in from the start of the season and backed in terms of transfers Im confident we wouldn't be in this position.
