I've got things like Cosmopolitan, Sex on the Beach, Espresso Martini and Mojito but worried that doesn't appeal to the lads lads lads as much. Although I love a Mojito Negroni for me, bloody mary should always be on there, and when I was behind a bar, wee twists like an apple gin mojito, a strawberry mojito, were always popular. Would recommend monin or teisseire syrups for them. Old fashioned is on trend at moment, and you should look at brambles, all time top 3 cocktail IMO.

Bottles are fucking gash, tiny as well, need to drink about 15 to feel a thing.

Oh and check out cocchi rosa on the rocks with a nice tonic. Or an americano, the quintessential italian aperitivo.

Beer52 is pissing me off just now, too many beers over 6%. Not ideal when you have a 2 year old to get up for at 6am. Dont know about anyone else, but I am way more into session strength just now, and not too far over 5%. Suppose it's because I know I will want to drink quite a few and not just 2 or 3, but the beer fridge is now filling up with ridiculously strong ales that I am not really in the mood for drinking.

Lagers a funny thing eh. Some are class in bottles, but shite in cans. Others are vice versa.
Cans of T better than bottles. Cans of Moretti just as good, if not better, than bottles. Pint cans of Budweiser are actually not too bad, but bottles are shite. Budweiser and voddy were all I used to drink back in the days of underage bevvying. Used to think they were amazing what a shock I got when I actually went out and started trying new stuff

Do you mind red rooster? Horrific stuff.

Ice Dragon white cider
Used to drink straight Whyte & Mackay when I was in the drinking-to-get-drunk phase.

Got Bloody Mary on there and doing a Bramble Gin Sour but I'll have a wee look at this Brambles We use Boiron fruit purées just because they're 100% fruit, and I always have them in for doing the sorbets anyway. Cheers man.

Was an MD drinker back in the day
If not it was 3L of Frosty Jack (jos) or vodka mixed with either red kola or boost energy juice Can mind my pal gave me £15 and an empty bottle of red kola to fill up with random stuff I found in my mums cupboard. It was vile, stuff like creme de menthe mixed with tequila and Baileys, peach schnapps and that. We were like 14 at the time and barely touched it

I would make a bramble with a double gin, freshly squeeze a couple of lemons, one shot of gomme, then shake with crushed ice, pour into a rocks glass then drizzle the creme de mure on top.
