Are you trying to persuade Suso Santana to come back?

Nah I haven't Pondy but I have climbed the biggear wall to the top. I could be wrong but think that course might be closed now? I've not been in ages but it was all strung up when I went last.
They have this new thing for kids which is a big section with daft stuff like a thing where you hold onto the handle and it pulls you down a big ramp. Think the bairns love it it was always busy when I was there.

I need to get out there again and check the place out, it's been five years. Plus we're looking for something to do for a boy's party. Think I'd have to lose a bit of weight probably before I attempt any of those walls but christ, that's a good way up morph, don't think I could bare to look down, i'd freeze!
Will try and make an effort to cut down on the unhealthy food next year.
Definitely want to cut back on the grog. I only usually drink once a week but I'm a greedy bastard when I do. Sit up till all hours having a one man party. I feel like crap the whole of the next day and it's such a waste of my time off.
I went 4 weeks this year without a drink and seriously felt the benefits. So much more energy and springing out of bed at 6am on a Sunday morning. Boring as fuck at night though.

It's a good way to get over your fear of heights as you are strapped in and very secure. I never done the one where you can fall a distance, just the ones where the rope catches you straight away. I used it to help me in my old job
The other way of doing it where you need to clip in as you go looks sketchy as fuck

Try tackle a few mental health things that I've kept bottled up and ignored for years now. GP has already been seen to and looking to get a shrink in the new year.

Aren't you?
Think my goals might've changed a bit. Initially wanted to take two fights early in the year then focus on finishing my thesis, but now I want to see more of my family (especially my nephews and nieces) and finish my thesis. Not sure how compatible that will be with continuing to fight in the short term.

Good for you man, not always an easy thing to confront but hope it helps you take strides forward.
